Trusted since 2017, Deanna founded Train With De, a premium personal training business based in Toronto, Canada and Manhattan, New York. Her mission is to help individuals feel stronger and more confident in their own bodies.

 

Deanna recognizes life is busy - having just had a baby girl in 2023, taking care of her cocker spaniel puppy and falling in love with the extremely time consuming sport of running, she knows what it takes to create balance in your life while still knocking your goals out of the park. Backed by numerous certifications and years of hands-on experience, she offers expert guidance in functional strength, mobility, running, perinatal fitness, and nutrition.

 

In 2025, Deanna finally took the massive leap of faith from her old corporate career to pursue Train With De full time. With 8+ years of experience coaching clients, helping 100+ men & women lift, run and eat better, signing up to work with Deanna will allow you to stay focused, motivated and most of all, ready to make a change.

Now with 5 trainers between our two locations we are sure to bring you the right coach, experience and price to your doorstep.

Ania Ziermirska - Assistant Coach, CPT

Ania helps women reclaim their strength through personalized running plans, strength training, and coaching. Her approach is rooted in her own experiences, where she overcame injuries and mental barriers to become an accomplished runner and coach. With a background in running, personal training, and mental health, she is committed to empowering athletes by creating manageable training plans and emphasizing rest and recovery. Her mission is to help you achieve your goals by working with your body and providing the mental support you need to succeed.

Dakota Vine - Assistant Coach
📍Central to West Toronto (between Avenue Rd and Jane, from St. Clair to Bloor)
Dakota Vine is a dedicated coach with a Health and Fitness Promotion diploma from Algonquin College and more than a decade of hands-on experience in sport, fitness, and recreation. He has coached football at multiple levels, from youth to collegiate, and worked with the City of Toronto to coordinate community recreation programs that support diverse groups in achieving their fitness goals. As an athlete himself, Dakota has completed a full marathon, five half marathons, and continues to train in both boxing and running, bringing technical expertise and personal discipline to his coaching. His approach emphasizes strategy, consistency, and accountability, while also keeping training engaging and fun to build athletes who enjoy the process as much as the results.

Melissa Marchi - Assistant Coach, CPT
📍Upper East Side (high 50s to 80s between York and Park)

Coach Melissa is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), having earned her credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She helps to equip her clients for optimal longevity by working with them onbalance, strength and posture. Born and raised in New York, Melissa has also lived in the state of Florida and worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) there. Her personal experience also includes volleyball, track and field, ballet and visual art. She is continually fascinated by the human body and how it moves and works and is equally fascinated when meeting people from many different backgrounds.

Marsha Regis - Assistant Coach, CPT

Marsha is a fitness and nutrition coach who has been in the industry for 20+ years. She is passionate about helping women get stronger and achieve things they didn't think possible. Instead of drastic, restrictive and short-term changes, Marsha's coaching style will help you make small gradual lifestyle changes that will last. She has access to a fully stacked gym facility at Columbus Circle or can easily come to you!​
